If you have opted for registered mail, we will notify you through email once your parcel has been shipped out. The email will include the tracking number and the website link. If no one is available to receive at the point of delivery, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door. You can collect the parcel from the designated post office, redirect it to another post office at your convenience or reschedule for another delivery. If you are collecting the parcel from the post office, you will need to bring along your NRIC and the delivery advice.Please note that we will not be responsible for loss of parcel / delay of parcel by Singpost. We highly encourage you to opt for Registered Mail for assurance and parcel tracking.

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to the customer's error in providing an incorrect/ or insufficient address, the re-delivery fee will be charged and payable by the customer.
